Zanaki Girls Secondary School (ZASESCO)
Mbele kuanzia kushoto - Mimi, Lilian Maganga, Emily Mbagule, Theresia
Nyuma kuanzia kushoto - Dorothy Kihampa, Neema Kingswaga, na (Jina nimesahau)
Hapa ni Darasa la Form Four Science One! Sayansi Wani!

Tulianza kuvaa sketi za bluu nikiwa Form Two.

ReplyDeleteThe picture of you ladies on top of the iron railings brings back memories! I played and played and hurt myself on those very railings. I was in the vidudu class at AgaKhan 1979/1980s. All this time my 35 year old mind was thinking those railings were actually green. The fact that I still remember this, means that the railings had such an impact on my development. Very good memory nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice touch...

Jaliwa,
ReplyDeletePole sana. Well actually we never went into that compound but that day I think we asked the mlinzi to let us a take a photo there. I remember at the time Aga Khan vidudu was like an exclusive nursery school. But it wasn't nationalized.
I visited Zanaki Sec a few years back and was sad at the deterioration of the building. I was toldthey didn't even have enough desks for students.
EEH wadad mmenikumbusha mabali kani mimi nimesoma zanaki primary mwaka 1979 na nilipo malizza nikaingia secondary hapo hapo zanaki. Tena nilikua dara hili hilo la sayansi.
