will be hiring 300 bus drivers
First Transit in conjunction with the MBTA will be hiring 300 bus driver positions. You DO NOT need a CDL. This position is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a national company that also includes First Student Transportation (the yellow schoolbuses), Greyhound Buses and also other First Transit sites which house City Metro buses and other ventures.
Our drivers need to have 5 years driving experience, clean MVR's no more than 1 moving violation in 12 months or 2 in 36 months; no DUI's, no crimimal history and be able to follow a map. Training will be provided. The drivers will service a geographical location in the southern burbs of Boston and will stretch from Needham to Randolph to Walpole to Quincy. We also provide benefits. We are a para-transit division also known as The Ride.
