Slave Shoe Sneakers/ Raba za Kitumwa!

Jamani hata haya hawana!

To Adidas:

I am horrified at the design of this shoes. As an African American this is an insult to us.  Why? Our ancestors were not considered human, they were chained and shackled, beaten.  Today, the legacy continues as blacks disproportionately make up a large number of the prison population. ORANGE is a prison color! They wear chains and shackles in there.  So this must be some kind on subtle conditioning technique! Shame on Adidas! I will never buy anything labelled Adidas ever again.

Wapumbavu watazinunu kwa dola $300 na kujiona wametoka! Kumbe wanakuwa vituko! Aibu kweli.

OMG! The shoes are ridiculous beyond description. A way of subliminally, if not OPENLY / overtly wanting to keep the black man in shackles for life. Unbelievable!

I bet kids from the 'hoods' will be flocking to get their feet into those horrible shackle-shoes as misleadingly believing that they're cool~ along with bling that looks like christmas tree decorations.

When will it all end? Surely, things cannot get worse than they already are! When is the brainwashing, and empty and BLIND acceptance of things stop?

This could be a computer-generated image. Adidas no longer uses the three-leaf logo.

Looking at it the otherway around, this is a shameful remainder of attrocities commited against black africans in the past. Rather than down grading the victims, it is shaming present day racists for their idiotry. The shoe is a walking Aushwitz and the designer deserves praise for his imagination.
