Buriani Prince Philip (1921-2021) - Mume wa Malkia wa Uingereza

 Leo  mume wa Malkia wa Uingereza, Prince Philip, amezikwa katika kanisa la Mt.George huko Windsor Castle, Uingereza.  Prince Philip alifaikri tarehe 9 Aprili akiwa na miaka 99.  Alikuwa mume wa Malkia Elizabteh kwa miaka 73. 

Niliwahi kuongea na Prince Philip. Mwaka 1979, nikiwa mwanafunzi wa  shule ya sekondari Zanaki,  tulikuwa Ikulu, kuwapokea.  Enzi zile, kama anakuja kiongozi wa nchi ya nje, wanafunzi walikuwa wanatumiwa kupanga  njia kumlaki   

Basi, malkia na familia yake walishuka kwenye gari, na walitembea kwa miguu kwenye  kapeti nyekundu kuingia Ikulu.  Prince Philip alisimama, na kutangalia sisi wanafunzi.  Akauliza,  nyie ni wanafunzi wa shule gani, kwa Kiingereza,  Wanafunzi waliokuwa karibu na mimi walikimibia.  Nikamjibu,  " We are students from Zanaki Girls Secondary School.  (sisi ni wanafunzi kutoka shule ya sokndari Zanaki".  Akauliza  shule ilikuwa inaitwa nini zamani, nikamwambia, Aga Khan Girls.  Alisema  asante, na kuendelea kuingia Ikulu.  Doh!  Niliongea na Royalty!  nilirudi yumbani kwa furaha na kuwasimulia wazazi wangu na marafaiki jinis nilivyoongea na Prince Philip.

Kwenye ziara ile ya mwaka 1979, Malikia alisali na sisi, katika Kanisa la Mt. Albano, Dar es Salaam.  

Mungu ailaze roho ya marehemu Prince Philip.

"My majesty Mr. Queen Sir, horrible ministers and members of parliament, invented Guests, ladies under gentlemen. I hereby thank you completely…..Mr. Queen, sir; and also what he has done for me and my fellow Uganda who come with me.

We have really eaten very much. And we are fed up completely:And also very thanks to you keenly open up from all windows: so that those plenty climates can come into lunch. But before I go back to my country with a plane from the Entebbe airport of London I wish to invitation you Mr. Queen, to become home to Uganda so that we can also revenge on you .

You will eat a full cow:and also feel up your stomach and walk with difficult because of full stomach completely. Even when you want to rest at night; I will make sure that you sleep on top of me in the top up stairs of my mansion completely so that you can enjoy all the gravity of fresh air.

"But now am sorry because I have to tell you that I have made a shortcall on you only. But next time I shall make a long call on you to last the whole moon completely. Thank you very much to allow me to undress you completely before these extinguished ladies undergentlemen sir.

Lastly but not list, I ask the band to play our international anthem of the republic of Uganda and also the British international anthem..Your majesty sir, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and from thebottoms of all the people of Uganda .

First Lady Michelle Obama Amkumbatia Malkia na Kuzua Mzozo!

Rais Obama na mke wake Michelle wako kwenye ziara rasmi Uingereza. Mke wake alipokutana na malkia walikumbatiana. Kwa watu wasiojua kuna protocol kali kuhusu malkia wa Uingereza. Jinsi ya kumtazama na kusalimiana naye, jinsi ya kuingia na kutoka ndani ya chumba alipo, jinsi ya kumpigia magoti nk.

Leo kuna mzozo kwa vile Michelle alimkumbatia malkia. Heh bwana, watu weusi wamefika! Hebu hao waache mambo ya 'stiff upper lip, blue blood' na sijui upumbavu gani tena. Tumechoka. Malkia ni binadamu kama watu wengine na si mungu.
